Kawasaki Luncurkan Dua Model Estrella 250

GILAMOTOR.com – PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia resmi merilis sport 250cc bertampang retro modern, Estrella, di Jakarta pada Jum’at 21 Maret 2014.

Motor bertampang retro ini untuk memberi pilihan berbeda bagi para pecinta sepeda motor di Indonesia.

Kawasaki memproyeksikan motor ini sebagai pilihan baru bagi para pengendara yang menjadikan sepeda motor bukan sekedar alat transportasi semata, tapi sebagai bagian dari gaya hidup.

Kawasaki memberikan dua pilihan untuk Estrella 250. Yang pertama sebagai edisi standard an yang kedua sebagai edisi spesial.

Lantas apa saja yang membedakan kedua model ini?

Perbedaan pertama ada pada balutan warnanya. Estrella edisi standar dibalut warna biru sementara edisi spesialnya berbalut warna hitam dengan tambahan garis striping di tangki berwarna merah dan silver.

Perbedaan kedua ada pada harga jualnya. Model standar dijual dengan harga lebih murah yaitu Rp 64.9 juta sementara Estrella edisi spesial dipasarkan seharga Rp 66,9 juta. Kedua harga itu on the road Jakarta.

“Perbedaan keduanya tak signifikan, hanya pada warna bodi dan blok mesin,” ujar Yusuke Shimada, Deputy Division Head Marketing PT KMI di sela peluncuran Estrella.

“Edisi standar berwarna biru (candy carribean blue) dan bagian suspensi depan, cakram dan mesin berlapis warna silver. Serta knalpot dan spatbor berlapis krom. Sementara edisi spesial semuanya hitam (metallic spark black), termasuk mesin dan knalpot,” tambah Shimada.

Shimada juga menegaskan perbedaan keduanya terlihat pada auranya. Yang edisi standar akan terlihat lebih santai dan kalem. Sementara edisi spesial akan terlihat lebih sangar.

Estrella dibekali mesin 249 cc SOHC, 4 tak, fuel injection. Dengan transmisi 5 percepatan, mesinnya diklaim punya luaran tenaga hingga 18 dk pada 7.500 rpm dan torsi 18 Nm di 5.500 rpm.
