Service Motor Pulsar, Di Mr. Montir Aja

GILAMOTOR.com – Bajaj Auto Indonesia (BAI) menggandeng Mr. Montir untuk meningkatkan layanan servis dan ketersediaan suku cadang untuk konsumen.

Mr. Montir merupakan bisnis waralaba yang berfokus pada bisnis bengkel motor dan melayani semua merk motor.

President Director BAI, Dinesh Kulkarni mengatakan bahwa kerjasama ini merupakan bagian dari tanggungjawab perusahaan dalam meningkatkan jumlah titik layanan untuk memastikan semua konsumen Bajaj mendapatkan layanan yang terbaik.

Lebih lanjut Dinesh mengatakan, dalam kerjasama dengan Mr. Montir, semua pemilik Pulsar dapat melakukan servis di outlet-outlet Mr. Montir.

Pada tahap pertama, terdapat 28 outlet Mr. Montir yang siap untuk melakukan servis motor Pulsar. Dalam waktu dekat, seluruh outlet Mr. Montir akan dapat melayani pemilik Pulsar.

“Mr. Montir memiliki bengkel yang tersandarisasi, mekanik terlatih, sistem kerja modern, dan memiliki pusat pelatihan tersendiri. Dan untuk memastikan mekanik Mr. Montir dapat melakukan servis untuk Pulsar, BAI telah melakukan pelatihan mekanik di Pusat Pelatihan Mr. Montir. Selain itu, BAI juga telah men-suplai perangkat khusus yang diperlukan untuk men-servis Pulsar untuk menjamin layanan servis terbaik bagi pemilik Pulsar. Hal ini merupakan langkah lanjutan dari BAI agar konsumen mendapatkan servis terbaik,” jelas Dinesh.

Saat ini, Mr. Montir memiliki 55 outlet dan akan bertambah menjadi 140 outlet hingga akhir tahun 2013.
