First Ride Suzuki Shooter 115 FI, Enteng, Start Dari Gigi 3 Tidak Ngelitik

GILAMOTOR.com – Sehari setelah prosesi peluncuran Suzuki Shooter 115FI di Bandung pada hari Sabtu (4/5), PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) mengajak para wartawan untuk menjajal bebek entry level tersebut dari kota Bandung menuju Lembang, Tangkuban Perahu (5/5). Tujuannya jelas untuk membuktikan ketangguhan mesin Suzuki Shooter 115 FI yang katanya lebih ringan dan lebih bertenaga.

Duduk di atas Shooter 115 FI, rasanya tidak jauh berbeda dengan motor bebek lainnya, kenyamanan joknya langsung terasa. Selain itu, yang langsung terlihat oleh mata adalah panel instrumennya yang punya dimensi cukup besar. Jadi informasi berkendara yang disuguhkan Shooter 115FI mudah terbaca. Panel instrumennya juga lumayan lengkap, menampilkan dari posisi gir sampai indikator injeksinya.

Saat tangan menggapai grip stangnya, terasa pas. Jadi posisi berkendara terasa nyaman karena tidak terlalu rendah atau terlalu tinggi. Segitiga ergonomi berkendara untuk ukuran tinggi tubuh 160 cm – 170 cm cukup nyaman.

Salah satu poin yang diunggulkan Shooter 115 FI adalah bobotnya yang ringan. Dan itu terbukti saat kondisi jalan maupun berhenti, terutama saat parkir. Menggeser bodi atau pun mengangkat bodi untuk menahan motor dengan standard tengah, tak perlu banyak mengeluarkan usaha. Tinggal pijak standar tengah dan bantu sedikit tarikan dari behelnya, dan motor pun sudah berdiri. Keunggulan ini tentunya sangat membantu pengendara khususnya pengendara wanita.

Suzuki menjelaskan, Shooter 115FI dikembangkan berdasarkan lima kebutuhan yaitu high reliability, high running performance, superior FI engine fuel economy, light weight dan useful equipment. Makanya Shooter menggendong mesin yang benar-benar baru. Selain itu, yang bikin Shooter FI terasa ringan karena Suzuki memangkas bobot motornya mulai dari mesin hingga rangka dan bodi, sekaligus membuat mesin yang minim gesekan agar performannya semakin baik.

Selain masalah bobot yang ringan, mesin baru yang digendong Shooter 115 FI juga tangguh. Bahkan Suzuki menjelaskan, mesinnya tidak akan mengelitik walau di awal perjalanan langsung menggunakan gigi 3. Penasaran dengan masalah itu, langsung saja tekan tombol elektrik starternya. Bruumm.. mesin pun menyala dan getarannya terasa cukup halus. Langsung saja tekan tuas transmisi ke gigi 3. Dan benar saja, motor masih bisa berjalan dan terasa halus tanpa mengelitik.

Suzuki menjelaskan, salah satu penyebabnya adalah pengaplikasian konsep LEaP (Light Efficient and Powerfull). Mesin pun dibuat minim gesekan agar performannya semakin baik. Seperti aplikasi roller rocker arm juga piston yang lebih ringan dan kruk as baru.

Shooter dipersenjatai dengan mesin 115cc, 4 langkah, SOHC, 2 katup berpendingin udara, Shooter 115 FI diklaim Suzuki punya luaran tenaga mencapai 6.9 kW (9.3 PS) pada 8.000 rpm dan torsi mencapai 9.1 Nm pada 6.000 rpm.

Shooter tersedia dalam tiga varian, Shooter 115 FI SR (Dengan velg racing dan rem depan cakram), Shooter 115 FI R (Dengan velg jari-jari dan rem depan cakram) serta Shooter 115 FI (Dengan velg jari-jari dan rem tromol) dan dibandrol dengan harga Rp 11.6 juta – Rp 13.250 juta.
